The following services could not be bettered anywhere: advice, efficiency (admin, timing, phone notifications, competence of engineers, care in handling goods) patience with my incompetence, cheerfulness and politeness of engineers. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your speed, efficiency and professionalism in replacing the fridge/freezer at Lulworth on Christmas Eve with 2 hours’ notice, the tenant was extremely grateful as she had family coming over from Italy, I also inform our landlords that using independent retailers such as Garretts pays off because of outstanding customer service that cannot be matched by the big chains and you have proved this beyond doubt, once again well done and thank you.
