Our repair charges are fixed labour rates; so if we have to attend twice (in the event that we need to order a part and return to fit) the cost of the return visit is included (the part is charged separately).

All of our engineers wear branded clothing and carry ID badges.

We carry out a number of safety checks; including socket tests, earth test and functional tests before and after the appliance is repaired/looked at.
